User Comments about the Apple iPod shuffle 1 GB Bright Green (2nd Generation)

It is inexpensive, durable, so far anyway, and so small you will forget it is there. You will not be disapointed.

I have it hanging on a ID badge lanyard and have the earphone chord shortened up around the lanyard, courtesy of some velcro two side strip, i have the chord just long enough to hit my ears and allow me full movment, so it is a real compact tight unit. I literally forget it is there sometimes.

This thing is awesome, I bought it is a suplement to my old 40 gig video Ipod, wanted this one for the gym and other areas where having a larger ipod wasn't desirable, I find that I am using this one all the time and leaveing my bigger unit hooked up in my car. Be warned thought that the syncing is not your standard Ipod interface, it syncs and charges through the same interface as the earphone jack, that took a little getting used to, but the charge seems to last forever, I have gone camping with it, with it powered on for pretty much 3 days straight and the charge still shows green.

I love the auto download feature, I seem to listen to the same playslist over and over in my car and only probably listen to 20% of my music collection, with the auto download on this, I keep running across gems I forgot I had and revisiting my collection. Absoulutely love it.

It has yet to conk out on me at a bad time, for the last several weeks I have been dlibrately not charging it to see how long it will last, and as of today it is still on green.

Get this little guy, you won't be disappointed. I used the highest quality level on the AAC mode and it sounded SO much better than normal MP3 at the same rate. If you listen to music while working, jogging, etc., this is all the iPod you need. No display, limited functions, but it sounds really good, which is what matters most. I got mine in red, which is really sweet.

ITS SIMPLE TO USE, BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLAYER TO PUT ALOT OF MUSIC ON THIS ONE IS NOT FOR YOU. THE EAR BUDS THAT CAME WITH IT WORKED FINE.

I KEEP EXACTLY 1 HR AND 30 MINS OF MUSIC ON IT. SINCE THERE IS NO SCREEN YOU CAN NOT PICK AND CHOOSE SONGS YOU HAVE TO SCROLL THRU THEM ALL.

I BOUGHT THIS PLAYER TO USE IN THE GYM. I WORE THEM OUT AND REPLACED THEM WITH THE WESTONE UM1.

IVE HAD THIS OVER A YEAR. IVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT.

AFTER SPENDING MONEY ON LESS EXPENSIVE EAR BUDS I PAID THE 100$ FOR THESE AND IVE BEEN QUITE IMPRESSED WITH THE SOUND COMMING OUT OF THIS TINY PLAYER WITH THESE HEADPHONES.

Stores every song I want to hearRechargable feature is fantastic, no more toting batteries to the gym

I love- the design- the ease of use- the weight- to clip it everywhere- the size- the qualityI hate- that there is no display- the iTunes software restrictions- that it is still expensive
