Editorial Reviews:

This ingenious 2GB Micro Vault Click USB flash drive clicks like a pen to expose the USB connector for storing your movies, music and photos. The prism LED illuminates when in use.

User Comments about the 2GB Micro Vault Click USB with Virtual Expander

It is really very good with the compressor. Clicking the flash drive gives me something to do in school and is very addicting.

It is at least as handy as the slider I had from SanDisk. Feels solid - unlike some PNYs I've had. Here is the kicker for me. It can be a pain when plugging it in because sometimes it tries to click closed. For a cheap USB that is not promoted as Hi-Speed, which it isn't, it does do a pretty sweet job of R&W.I use it as a speed booster in my Vista system and this is the R&W as reported from MS Event View:ReadyBoost read of - 6284 KB/sec, write of - 4575 KB/secAgain, not über quick by any stretch, but good enough to help Vista. I've learned to only click it open as I'm incerting it to my laptop.I've had Sony USBs before and found them to be reliable. I see nothing to make me think this one will be any different. For the price this is not a bad drive.

Now you can find 4 and even 8gig for only a few dollars more.Back to the review - I like the pin-click design. I found it for sale for $14.99 at my local Target. The average B&M street price at the time was $20.00 give or take a couple bucks. And if you use Vista you know every little bit of speed help is needed.
