Record your favorite home movies directly to DVD with the D-R560. 1080p upconversion via HDMI will get the most out of your DVD collection, and the built-in tuner completes this convenient home theater addition. User Comments about the Toshiba DR560 1080p Upconverting DVD Recorder with Built In Tuner

Have HDTV Turnner, DVD player, DVX player, DVD recorder.Yes. But picture quanlity is not good enought ( 1080p )

What impressed me the most was the improved TV reception with the DR-560 digital tuner, I have one on my TV but the 560 tuner made quite a difference. I like the playback on DVD's, the picture is very good and the resume function works after the player is turned off and turned back on. Of all the DVD type electrical equipment I own the DR-560 is my favorite. It does a fine job of recording and is easy (that I'm able to do it is all the proof you need). I would recommend this product, it's quality and price make it a good buy.

If I watch TV through the DVD recorder tuner I get some channels I can't get on just cable. That's a bonus I didn't know I was getting. If I understand correctly, the fact it has a digital tuner should allow me to continue to be able to record TV after Feb. I haven't used it a lot yet, but so far it works really well. I mostly bought it so I could record TV shows and it does a good job and has a nice clear picture. 2009.

It runs extremely quietly. I use this recorder at least five days a week and have been very pleased with its ease of use, picture and sound quality. I bought it on sale from Amazon and feel I got a great deal.

Easy to use, works as easily as any VCR. More than I expected. Not problems with it. Excellent. This is the DVD recorder we have been waitng to arrive.
