WHICH IS AN INTEGRITY ISSUE. YOU ARE GETTING A "REFURBISHED" DIGITAL RECORDER BUT THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU THIS IN THEIR DESCRIPTION. YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO AT ALL. YOU GET THE ITEM WITHOUT THE CLEAR PEEL-AWAY ELECTRONIC PROTECTOR OVER THE DISPLAY SCREEN AND TO YOUR DISMAY, THE ITEM WILL HAVE SCARTCHES ON THAT UNPROTECTED SCREEN. MY BET IS THAT THE "SELLER" SHOULD GET SERIOUS ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE, QUALITY AND LOYALTY AND BE HONEST IN THE FUTURE ABOUT THE ITEM THEY ARE SELLING. YOU ARE GETTING ANOTHER VERSION OF THIS ITEM.
