I have the Denon 3808CI but it will work with any AV receiver. The user interface (menus) are easy to understand and the remote allows both on-screen operation from the mini remote or the ability to drive the unit from the iPod directly; the latter is my preferred method of operation.The Internet connection provides the ability to update the firmware, play from your local PC as a server and to play Internet streaming Audio.All in all this is a fantastic unit when Internet connectivity is no problem. The Denon ASD-3N iPod/Network Connectivity Client Dock is a great addition to any AV system. If a hard wire network cable is not available Denon has a wireless version that can connect to your wireless home router.

the remote control is small and has all the functions i could ever want. another great feature of the dock is having an ehternet port allowing access to over 7000 internet radio stations. the denon control dock for my ipod exceeds my expectations. it was the only dock that i found with a GUI so i could manage all my pictures and music on my 160 GB ipod through my tv. in my opinion this control dock is one heck of a buy.
