I think Macgyver could build a better cd player out of a potato, rubber band, and a safety pin. initially had to power off and then back on to play a cd, now that does not even work. This cd player/radio could not be a bigger waste of money. only bought it 40 days ago, and you got it, broken.
The system fits the space for which I bought it, which is good, but the sound quality is only fair.
It is adequate for the job, but some of the cd's that I created on cd-r's don't play. It is somewhat annoying, but most of the cd's play fine. I wanted a cd player at work. The sound is good enough for the price that I paid.
SKIPS WHEN PLAYING CD'S ALL THE TIME.NICE RADIO ALTHOUGH YOU CAN'T PROGRAM FAV STATIONS.
You should definitely consider this system. I have it set up in my office, and I have received numerous complements in just the few short days I have had it, several coworkers want to know where I got it from, and I referred them directly to Amazon.com. I was shocked by how easy this was to set up and how quickly I was listening to music. The sound is amazing, not "tingy" like you get on some smaller systems. And the remote is a definite added bonus.
