As usualy Belkin products are very good quality at a great price on Amazon.com. Picture quality with my Toshiba SD6100 Upconverting DVD player is superb.
We're using this between the satellite box and the HDTV and it work very well. No need to spend on expensive fancy brand cables, this works very well.
Does what it needs to do, and wasn't very expensive. Use it with my PS3 and everything works great.
It works great for my DVD Player and for my laptop which I connect to my LCD TV. Product arrived on time in a great condition as promised. Thank you Amazon for this great product.
The Sony HDMI cable worked perfect. I called Samsung and tried everything to make things work. I'm so happy now.Anyway, my previous assumptions about all HDMI cables being the same was shattered.
Finally, I decided to go to best buy and get a couple higher quality cables to test out before sending the TV back.I bought a $100 cable from some brand called Pysclone (HDMI version 1.3b), which did work but it created this sparkly effect on the screen which was very annoying, almost like an interference issue, then I tried the Sony PS3 brand HDMI cable (HDMI version 1.3a). It may be that lesser quality cables work in some instances, but with these two specific pieces of equipment: the Sony PS3 and the Samsung 650 52" LCD TV, the cable quality definitely matters. I bought this cable assuming it would be good enough quality to connect my Sony PS3 to my Samsung 650 series 52" LCD TV, boy was I wrong.
Anytime i tried to send a 1080p signal I received an error on screen from the Samsung TV. I was unable to get a signal to my TV at 1080p with this cable. I was able to only go as high as 1080i.
Hope this helps someone else out there who may be experiencing similar issues.
