I was send 2 car adaptors instead of a car adaptor and AC adaptor. One Email to their customer service and with no hassle an AC adaptor was sent to me at no charge. Okay, they made a mistake. It was a good deal.

IT WORKS PERFECT AND CHEAP. Both Work great with my Sansa e200 series. It cannot get any better than that

It works in the car or plugged into the wall outlet. The order came in on time. This is an awesome product. The chargers seem to be kind of cheap, but they work great and you cant beat that price.

Ordered this product for my sister and she loves it. The only issue that I had was that the wall charger takes up two plugs on certain power stips.

I ultimately emailed them both the product descriptions and the posted pictures before they sent still another replacement unit, and this time they finally sent the car charger. I contacted the vendor, whose response seemed confused to me, and they promptly sent a replacement, which turned out to be a third wall charger. I don't know how they can sell these chargers at such a low price and still make money. I was wary based on the low price, but the chargers work just fine.One issue, though, is that I received two AC (wall) chargers and no car charger. Their postage cost probably exceeded the cost of the items.
