I wish Amazon would stop this practice of taking returned open items and shipping them out as new. I'll be calling PDR on Dec. The PDR Mount box was left on our porch and we found a hole in the box and a screw on the ground. I don't want to pay $100 for someone else's return. 1st to report this to them.

I'm sure they don't approve of this type of practice. It hadn't been used. For the second time in a year, Amazon has shipped me a returned product. Luckily all the listed parts except for three washers were still in the box. Amazon shipped me an opened Makita drill in the spring which I had to return.

Upon opening, there was an opened bag of screws and part of the mount had already been assembled. I doubt if I'll purchase from them again since they don't care what they are shipping out.Amazon is normally good, but after back to back episodes like these, I don't want to have a hassle everytime I purchase something.

There also is a locking feature on it so the T.V. I've had it for over a month now and it works very well. This thing is very easy to mount (about 15 minutes) and is very stable. I have an LG 42" LCD and it works great. can not be removed.

The only thing I regret is not buying the fixed mount and saving $50. Definitely a good product made by people who have pride in their product. There is nothing wrong with the tilting mechanism, I just realized that I would not be using it, since the viewing angle of my Samsung is so wide.My one question to the other owners of this mounting unit is "did you guys use the plastic spacers or not." I used it because I didn't want the back of my TV damages by the vertical hooks. Just installed my new Samsung LN46A650 using this mount on to the Crate & Barrel Loop Media furniture. What's more is that it came with a whole bunch of bolts of varying lengths, plastic spacers and washers. The spacers were nice but I was also thinking does it prevent the bolts from not screwing into the TV far enough. This mounting unit is very well built and solid. I may be just being paranoid.

Best price and great quality. This is a lot cheaper than the mounts at Best Buy. I also bought this mount based on the reviews and couldn't be happier. I have a 50" flat screen and the mounting brackets fit to it with no problem. I definitely recommend this mount.

Except to lift the big screen TV and hang it, one person can do the installation easily. Moderate price, delivered on time and liked it. Reasonable price and easy to install. Thanks to Amazon.
