Great at parties. Easy to use. Just plug in your reciever. I take this thing everywhere. Has great sound, fills the room. Worth every penny.
The company that shipped it did so promptly and packaged it well. I would definitely buy from them again. This Boom Box purchase was easy and at a very fair price. Their customer service also is courteous and responsive.
Just wouldn't power back on, but the receiver worked fine in the car dock. I contacted Amazon about an exchange and I got the replacement THE NEXT DAY. but I still give it at least 4 stars because the sound is really great compared to the previous one we had made by Xact. Amazing Amazon. It's a pleasure doing business with this company.p.s. It stopped playing one morning. it seems the transformer blew out -- the new one works like a charm.
It was crystal clear. I was very surprised what great sound this boombox put out. Great product, great price.
The volume control is not really friendly, but the remote from my Sportster works the volume on the box. That said the unit does sound very good when attached to Sirius receiver or my iPod. This is a very basic speaker box, no controls other than volume. This thing is also a battery pig, 12 hours at a very quiet level over 3 days and dead, not very economical for 8 Duracell D-size.
