I have never purchase this product or even use one so I have no idea why I am being ask to review it
It did not work. Apple 30 GB iPod AAC/MP3 Video Player Black (5.5 Generation)I tried to charge this device several times but it was in vain. I sent it back to you but at this time I have not news about my credit for the amount of this purchase.
Seller did not keep in contact. Never got the ipod. I did get a refund though.
the hard disk failed within a year of use. Repair costs more than buying a new ipod. Beware. And I have an ipod nano 1st generation that is 3 years old and working perfectly, with the same rate of usage.
We'll have to take it to an Apple store to see what the problem is, and I don't know if any warranty is applicable. My daughter bought this refurbished item several months ago, and it's been acting up--sometimes it plays, sometimes not. Have to check with Amazon.
