This cable is long and sturdy, but overpriced in my opinion. Any headunit that cost $500+ should have these cables in box anyway. In any case don't bother with fm transmitters for ipod audio use. Your wasting your money. Connected to my panasonic cq-vd7003u headunit. I'm operating my iphone's ipod functions through this unit.Only audio functions/playlist work with this combo.Great sound with this cable hookup. You will not get video playback with the 05/06 panasonic models. A direct line is the best option for high quality audio sound.
Nice to have my ipod control through my stereo, easier to control without taking my eyes off the road. does exactly what its supposed to. Sound quality is AMAZING, there is no higher quality than connecting through this interface.
I have an iTouch and it will not work with that model, Does anyone know the cable i would need for model CQ-C7105U (headunit). The cable would be great if it would work with the 5th Generation iPods. Thanks
It was very simple to install into the radio. I just plugged the unit into the ipod and there it was on the screen working fine. I purchased this item to go along with the Panasonic Strada in dash navigation system. I have not had a problem one with the device and would recommend it to others with the Panasonic system
Works flawlessly. Ise theis item in conjunction with my Panasonic In Dash DVD player. Life is so much better without having to carry a bunce of CD'd on long road trips.
