6 Avenue Electronics had no problem taking back the return even after I opened the package. The product I ordered did not work in my vehicle even though it said it was compatible on the packaging. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful throughout the process.
The ease of Installation is another thing. I have a 2003 chevy Avalanche and it has been a chore trying to put it in. Product Quality is great. I will try again when the weather gets warmer.
If you are comfortable pulling a dash and taping into power and ground easy install. I love it. I added this to my 2003 GMC pickup, it is fantastic, works through the factory radio perfectly and sounds great. I much prefer Sirius I wish they had a kit for my 2007 Pontiac.
great product for a 2006 and older chevy but NOT FOR A 2007 OR NEWER CHEVY.
