I sole mine on ebay. If you have any problems your SOL. If you want a DVD Player get a apex ($80) bucks from walmart. DONT BUY IT. sent it off to denon. I finally got a body and they said "your unit is in service we will ship it out in a month". The display went out on my 6 months after i bought.
Went onto the website and filled out the "customer service card" and still no service. Bottom Line. It'll play everything including burned CD/DVD. Customer Service for Denon does not exist. However customer service DOES NOT EXIST.
No more denon for me. Interesting. I paid $700. And felt betrayed. It came the next day. Features are EXCELLENT.
WTF. Took 6 months to get it back. I called multiple times and could not get an answer. This unit will not.
