I bought a unit from GO Video and experienced horrors with their customer service as mentioned in other reviews.My unit came without any of the accessories and after 6 weeks of talking to more than a half dozen people (with more runaround than you can even begin to imagine) at go video, I still have a unit that will not work.avoid this manufacturer.
