Little lights and great reading on numbers. You can carry it around in your little apron or shirt pocket.Vibrates when the timer goes off. Excellent little dude. Easy to do the numbers when baking, cooking or whatever. Happy baking =)
Anyway, I find that the vibration function works perfectly to let me know when time is up without fraying my nerves. I needed a timer for doing meditation but most of the timers have a buzzer that is rather jolting especially if you have just finished calming your mind (or trying to). Also it is very well-designed and easy to use.
I've divided my daily scheduled tasks into 15 and 30 minute increments and used this timer to keep me both reminded and motivated. This little red devil has saved my life, almost literally. This timer, with its multiple alert features, has easily been one of the best investments I've made and I can't imagine living as efficiently without this.
I like the features on this timer. i use this with my son who has special needs and the vibrating and lighting feature really get his attention
I have had bad experiences with timers and magnets --they simply do not last on the refrigerator. Pros:-Can do hours and minutes OR minutes and seconds-Flashes each time a button is hit or when time is off-Numbers are big enough to see across the kitchen-My personal pro: it's red.Cons:-Cannot do hours, minutes, and seconds all at once (which is not that big of a deal)-Not loud enough*Note, I did not test the magnet. I simply sit this on the counter.
