I love mine though. My first set was stolen from my apartment in Peru. These speakers use four AAA BATTERIES and NOT four AA BATTERIES.There's a type-O in the product description. I'm so glad to have another one.Great for traveling.
It is quite powerful. I use it for watching movies and TV on my laptop. I love this small toy. The sound quality is quite good for this price.
If you are looking for a high-end model, look elsewhere. And it is very small. I only give it 5 stars because what you pay for it is so dirt cheap, yet it works fine. The sound isn't spectacular (a little tinny), but again I am rating it on it's price and that it meets expectations. If you want a backup, this ones great.
Only one of the two speakers works, but since I only use it for listening to audiobooks it's okay. Very handy item if you don't feel like using earbuds.
However, when these speakers arrived, the speakers were not glued to the plastic casing and shook around inside making it impossible for them to work properly. I bought these speakers because I already had some just like it and they worked fine. I was quite disappointed.
