I received a cartridge, in new condition, several days before the date promised. And I saved $50, over buying the same cartridges in a retail store, by buying in bulk (black and color combo at the same time) using Amazon.
Good price; speedy delivery; saved me a trip to the store where I would have had to pay more. Thanks.
Installing HP cartridges immediately solved the problems. After a little while all of my prints started coming out with streaks. I had purchased the off-brand replacement cartridges trying to save some money. (They cost about 2/3 as much as the HP ones). I tried to save a little money and spent a lot more.
The price ans delivery was exceptional. The product was exactly as described. There won't need to be much searching for this product next time I purchase it.
we use them for business. we print mostly black and white and rarely use color. well i guess this review if based on the printer and the ink. but the color somehow runs out as if it mixes in with the black. we were not able to use the printer after the magenta ran out , when we put the magenta in it informed us that all the other colors ( not the black, since we replaced it a week before ) were out and we could not use the printer till we replaced them all. they are great as far as color is concerned.but they run out pretty fast and they are very expensive. somehow i think its a scam with hp , but im not an expert on manufacturing.
