This is the only 4 cup coffee pot that you can program that I could find. After running around from store to store, I found the PROGRAMMABLE 4 cup coffeepot on Amazon, it was ordered and delivered in days. This is an awesome feature, thanks Mr Coffee.
Im not a big coffee drinker so this is just the right size. Shipping was fast and carefully packaged
Coffee maker so I bought another when the first one croked. After about two years, I noticed stains under it on my counter top. I have just thrown out my second one. Apparently the machine had a small leak and the bottom had completely rusted. I have not been able to clean the rust stains from my counter. I really enjoyed my first 4-cup programmable Mr. I was pleased with the coffee, but it was not worth the stains on my ceramic counters.
I haven't tried the programmable mode yet; but, so far, I have no complaints. I like it better than the Cuisinart that it replaced; that model had a stainless steel carafe, that didn't pour very well. It's easy to use and it works fine. It's a good value.
I have tried a vinegar solution. My coffee tastes like plastic. I'm just not sure what to do.
