User Comments about the CTA Digital AAA NiMH 4-pk Batteries w/charger ( DC-1AAA )

They meet my needs so I would recommend. One thing I like about the recharger is that the plug for the wall is collapsible/self contained in the unit. Its hard for me to compare these batteries with anything else simply by the fact that A) they are the only rechargeable batteries I have used and B) I don't really know what to expect from rechargeable batteries for the applications I am using. This makes it easy to just fold the plugs and store it somewhere in my desk. Not sure how this compares to other products, but I imagine that they are essentially the same things: products of China under different, more expensive brand names. Currently these batteries are in my wireless mouse and keyboard and have only been recharged probably twice in the past 4 months or so. Kind of like how your a sucker if you buy Advil instead of Ibuprofen.

Either the charger or included batteries DO NOT WORK. Plugging it in, the light goes on to indicate it's charging, but the batteries will not function, no matter how long they are in.

This charger works fine - and is great for cameras which use a lot of battery power.

The batteries charged lasted atleast five hours, so no complaints there, but the charger would keep coming out from the wall. they arrived on time and after that everything went downhill. It only seemed to work if it was all the way in and it wouldn't stay all the way in, I tried several outlets, finally after a whole two months it no longer worked at all.

Upon first use I only got 7min. out of each battery, when I got 20 hrs. I bought this recharger kit specifically for a Sandisk m230 mp3 player. from the batter sent with the player. I learned online that the batteries still have their charge, but due to the battery's "memory effect" or "voltage depression," my player thinks the batteries have lost their charge after only 7min. When I first received the kit, I charged all of the batteries. If you are buying batteries for an electronic device that detects how much "juice" is left in a battery, do not buy this kit.
