Oh well. They're going to get another 50 of my dollars. Now I have to buy a whole new kit because I don't want to deal with Audiovox to get this one fixed and I don't want to have to buy a whole new receiver and kit for the car. Sirius does rock, though.
We were tired of switching the dock from inside the house to the patio everytime we wanted to spend time outside. Works great. Now we have music wherever we go.
Unfortunately if I want to go upstairs and want to listen to this, I get good signal from the radio if I hold my clock radio broadcasting from the satellite radio, but if I put it down or walk away from it, it just goes to static. In between, my satellite radio. I got my HK3 Home Kit for PNP3 a week or two ago and it was easier setting it up than it was in the car. I have my antenna sitting on my front yard (I cut a small hole in the bug screen in the window) and I plugged the RF cable in the front of the TV. I really hope that Audiovox makes a PNP4 with a better FM strength.
this is a great radio, the only downside is there is no fm, other than that its great
This helps my Sirius addiction in that I get to carry my receiver to my home stereo and listen there instead of just in the boombox (which is more cumbersome to transport than you may think).I love it.
