I know other users will want something with more capacity, but this one is perfect for me. It's an excellent card, the transaction went well and I'm very pleased for my own purposes. I have used many SD cards and find the 1GB SanDisk card to be the one that serves me best. I do my own photo printing and this one seems to work better than others. I do think the shipping cost was excessive for the weight of the product, but I couldn't find it anywhere else.
It works just the same as all others. However, since receiving it, I have found that I could have locally purchased the same product at half the cost and didn't have to pay the shipping. I received this product in a very timely manner. From now on, I will purchase this item locally.
I am please and use it in my camera. I have been looking around for 1Gb ultra sandisk in local stores and they don't carry this anymore except 2 gB and above fortunately I found it at amazon.com. I will rate this as 5 stars ; for reasonable price Thanks Gene Z.
SanDisk was one of the first to rate the speed of SD Memory. This one performs as described.
They were from another camera in which I'd tested the card to show it's speed, and oddly enough they didn't disappear when I deleted them (I wish I remembered the make and model of that camera). Even when it had a portion that was inaccessible, the remainder of the memory worked no problem.
I formatted the card, and all the space came back. (Be certain that you have everything you need off your card before you format it).It's been to eastern Europe and back, and it has never missed a beat.
I bought this card nearly two years ago, and have never been disappointed with it. I'm very happy with this card, which I originally purchased for my Panasonic DMC-FZ7 digital camera.
The one issue I had was after wiping it clean, there was about 160MB of storage space that appeared on the card to be full. I defragmented the card (available in properties), and saw all kinds of files being moved on the card.
I have not been disappointed.
