I take photos about 3 years with this memory card and I never miss a shoot. Actually exists cards with more speed and store capacity, but since I bought this Lexar card, I never change this brand.
Shooting in Canon 20d and XTI. No problems with speednever had a failure. I have been using these cards for over a year sometimes 5k images a month with no failures. I like them a lot.
Used it on two recent trips in tandem with my original one. Nice to have 4x my previous memory card. Obviously it should, shouldn't it. And it does. One issue is keeping track of the downloads -- which is probably a camera thing rather than a memory card thing.
I have never had a proublem with any Lexar product. This card is so fast. A+ in my book.
This could be because of the camera or some other reason.but my main reason to buy a 40x card was to snap photos as fast as possible. But while snapping photos there is no difference in speed. By the way I am using this card in Nikon 5700 camera. There is no problem with the card or capacity. Yes, restoring images from the card to computer is very fast compared to my 12x card. Make sure that your camera supports the Write Acceleration Technology. But when I compare my results with Lexar 12X card, there is NO difference in the time it takes to store the image ( once you click the camera ). he CF card will work, **BUT** there was no increase in speed over other cards.
