Sony CFD-F10 CD / Radio / Cassette Recorder, Silver This is a great item, and of very good quality. After shopping at retail stores and everywhere on line for weeks, I am very proud of my selection, and for a good price.
She can be pretty picky so we all have a certain amount of fear when it comes to selecting gifts for her. Every time I talk to her now, she tells me how much she is enjoying it and that the sound is incredible. I bought this for my mom's birthday and she loves it. I haven't listened to it personally yet, but if she likes it, others will too.
The sound is excellent, not to large to handle, and hard to find a combo CD/Tape as tape players are now considered vintage. My tap dance group wanted a CD/tape player and this was exactly what we needed. The delivery was as promised and we are very pleased with our purchase.
I settled on this model because of other reviews I had read on Amazon. I bought it primarily to listen to classical music. I can't begin to say how much I love this product. The sound is amazing for such a small unit and the remote control is a wonderful feature for the computer user who doesn't want to keep getting up to manage the music.
this boombox was extremely easy to learn how to use, even though it does so many things, including recording. however, the base could be richer, and it doesn't play MP3 files.good for the money thoughPatty
