Issues: The box gets hotter than I would normally expect. The on-screen menu does not output to the composite, and presumibly the S-video, outputs which make it a poor solution for existing standard definition screens. There is also no digital readout of the currently selected channel on the physical box. The low price of the ATSC21 represents a reasonable buy for producing component video. This digital tuner brought in signals that another solution had difficulty with. I have not tested the DVI output. I had no problems receiving digital signals. Bottom line, the product works well but you might be able to spend more money and get a better interface and newer generation tuner.
