Stop struggling with a stack of remotes and switch to Sima Products universal remote control. The SUR-20 allows you to manage up to eight electronic entertainment components from a single, easy-to-use, handheld remote. It can also "learn" from your existing remotes using it's fast and simple interface design. Simply point, press and select your component.

User Comments about the Sima SUR-20 8-Device LCD Touch Screen Learning Universal Remote Control

You can customize some. For the money this is a lot of remote. It is a little limited in the layout of the buttons. It can do everything I need it too.

Only draw back is inability to change labels on function keys. The unit operates as advertised. (Except for normal rotations allowed by the built in software).

Further more, they wanted ME to foot the bill for the new one. if i turn off the tv i cannot turn it back on. it will not work. I DON'T THINK SO.Another lame problem with this thing is batteries. When i called sima they told me it is because i have a new tv and surround sound system.

HOW LAME IS THAT. the menu button.Secondly, half the buttons do not work. Let me start by saying if you have a new system. If i push 3 i get 6. Make sure you have ton on hand.also, it weighs about a 1lb so it doesnt fit comfortable in your hand.Don't waste your money on this thing.

Yes you can "teach" it with the remote however, it will not have the same buttons I.E. believe me you will get more use if you open the window and throw 69.99 plus shipping out of it.

The draw backs are that each device can only have 27 buttons and all the layouts must conform to the same key layout. To say that you can rename each key is misleading. You can merely choose among two to four choices or leave the key blank. This is a very good universal remote, but don't throw away your original remotes. You still need your original remotes when you need to adjust the picture on your TV, program your VCR, or set up your satellite system. In the end, it is a convenience product and it provides enough to justify the price premium.

All my friends want to get one. and $(.). Universal remote was able to learn all the functions of my Comcast Digital cable, Denon A/V receiver, Mitsubishi DVD player and Mitsubishi TV tuner with no problems except for my TV tuner's four video input selectors that might require me to program macros.Didn't need to program any numeral codes unlike previous universal remotes that I have used.

Good value for money. Backlit light works great but might be a problem say in the afternoons in a well lit room (All backlit PDAs etc have the same problem). Very nice.

Currently selling for between $(.). Very high cool factor. Prices have come down from the initial $(.).

Would highly recommend.
