If I put a 4 oz item on the scale, then weigh another item, and then return the first item to the scale, the weight will be different. This scale works pretty well for the price, but I need something that will accurately weigh small amounts, like 4 - 6 ounces, and this one doesn't seem to accomplish that. For heavier items, it is more consistent.
I bake once or twice monthly and I find this scale to be a great addition to my kitchen tools. You can add an ingredient to the bowl, reset it to zero and add your next ingredient. I recently began baking more often and did not have a way to measure weight. I purchased this scale and am very pleased with it. I recommend this product to any home baker.
It's very easy to store away even if you live in a small apartment. With the holidays around the corner I have been using the scale every weekend. This item is great. It's very very handy.
It's very easy to use, which helps someone like me who has arthritis. The only thing that I'm a little concerned about, is being it's all plastic, if I have it on my counter and I drop something heavy on it, it might break. The scale really is a good product. But because of it being so light weight, it's easy to move around and clean.
It is very easy to read. I also use it in my kitchen. This is a very good product. I use it to weigh products I sell on ebay so that I get an accurate weight for shipping purposes. It is a very light weight plastic scale but it does serve the purpose I bought it for.
